Work with us
Grief touches everyone. So why should the conversation stay small?
Whether you've got a story to tell, a business that gets it, or an idea that's a little bold (our favorite kind), there's a place for you here.
What We Offer
We offer a range of opportunities to help you connect with the Get Griefy community—from contributing and advertising to features, partnerships, and custom collaborations.
-
Got something to say? Contribute.
Writers. Therapists. Artists. Death Doulas. Photographers. Caregivers. Humans with lived experience.
If your words make people feel less alone, we want to read them. Whether it's a personal essay, practical advice, poetry, artwork, or a perspective the grief world needs more of—we're listening.
Because the best conversations don't come from experts alone. They come from people who've lived it.

Doing something worth talking about? Get Featured.
Launching something? Hosting an event? Changing the grief space? Starting conversations people have been avoiding for far too long?
Tell us about it.
We love highlighting people, organizations, and ideas that are making grief more visible, more accessible, and a whole lot less lonely.
$199-$499
-
Want your brand in front of people who actually care? Advertise.
Get Griefy connects with an audience looking for real resources—not fluff.
If your business supports people through grief, end-of-life, mental health, wellness, remembrance, or community, let's create advertising that feels useful instead of salesy.
No awkward banner ads. No shouting into the void. Just meaningful connections.
$55-$85

Let's build something together. Partner With Us.
The best ideas rarely happen alone.
From sponsored content and collaborations to campaigns, workshops, community events, and creative projects—we're always looking for partners who believe grief deserves better conversations.
If it's thoughtful, inclusive, a little unexpected, and rooted in community, we're interested.

Did you know you can list your products on the Get Griefy website for just $4.99/month?
With an average of 1,000+ organic unique website visits every month, your product gets the opportunity to reach a new audience of people actively looking for grief resources, support, and meaningful connections.

Small investment. New eyes on your work. Real community connection.
Because your work deserves to be found by the people who need it.
Why are Get Griefy Opportunities paid?
It's a fair question.
Get Griefy isn't backed by investors, a media giant, or a multimillion-dollar budget. We're a grassroots, community-driven publication built by people who care deeply about changing the conversation around grief.
Most of the people behind Get Griefy—including our Editor-in-Chief, Kera Sanchez—earn far less than a living wage for the countless hours they pour into this work. We do it because we believe grief deserves better resources, better conversations, and a community that actually shows up for one another.
Our digital platform is—and always will be—free to access because we believe support shouldn't come with a paywall.
When we charge for certain opportunities or ask our community to invest in Get Griefy, it's not about making a profit. It's about keeping the lights on. Every dollar helps cover the real costs of producing the magazine, maintaining the website, paying contributors when we can, creating new resources, and ensuring this community continues to exist.
Cost shouldn't be the reason you're left out.
If a paid opportunity feels out of reach, we want you to tell us.
Please reach out directly to Editor-in-Chief Kera Sanchez. We're always happy to have an honest conversation about your situation and explore alternative ways to collaborate, payment options, exchanges, or other solutions whenever possible.
Because at the end of the day, Get Griefy is about people—not paywalls.
We're building this together, one story, one conversation, and one community at a time.
Ready to Work With Get Griefy?
Whether you're interested in contributing, advertising, getting featured, partnering with us, or creating something entirely new, we'd love to hear what you have in mind.
Complete the form below with a few details about your project, and we'll take a look. We do our best to respond to inquiries within two weeks.
As a small (but mighty) team, we receive more inquiries than we can realistically respond to. While every submission is read and thoughtfully considered, we aren't able to reply to every message.
If your project feels like a good fit for Get Griefy, you'll hear from us within that two-week timeframe. Thanks for your patience, your understanding, and for wanting to be part of what we're building.
We can't wait to see what we can create together.
