As November and December approach, the end of the year can bring a mix of emotions. The holidays, family traditions, and the turning of the calendar may bring our losses closer to the surface. We may find ourselves missing the people we love, grieving the lives we imagined, or reflecting on how much has changed.
And sometimes, what we need most is a space where we don't have to carry it all alone. A Season for Grief is a small, welcoming virtual grief circle for those who want space to be with what they are carrying while staying connected to themselves and others through the final months of the year.
From November through December, we’ll gather weekly for an hour of honest conversation, gentle movement, breathwork, and reflection. There is no expectation to arrive feeling a certain way, share more than you wish, or turn your grief into a lesson. You are welcome to listen, speak, move, rest, or simply be present.
Alongside our weekly gatherings, you’ll receive a supportive email newsletter with seasonal practices and resources, including:
Herbalism & nutrition: Gentle ways to nourish yourself during the colder months.
Ritual & reflection: Meaningful practices for tending to loss, remembering those we love, and marking the changing seasons.
Somatic care & breathwork: Accessible practices to help you settle, reconnect with your body, and make room for what you feel.
Community & connection: Opportunities to meet others who understand that grief doesn't follow a calendar.
This is an invitation to move through winter with a little more companionship, care, and permission to be human. We’ll close the year together and offer an opportunity to reconnect in person in January, welcoming the new year without pretending that everything we carry disappears when the calendar changes.
